Bachaa Party Jobs Manager Planning:

BachaaParty is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic planning processes to support business objectives in the retail industry.
Lead the planning team in developing comprehensive plans for merchandise, inventory, and sales forecasting.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks for the retail business.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of planning initiatives, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and internal departments, to support planning activities.
Provide leadership and guidance to the planning team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies related to retail planning.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in planning roles within the 𝘳𝘦𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘭 industry, with at least 8 – 10 years of experience in a managerial capacity.
Preference will be given to those candidates who have prior experience of planning in these segments: 𝑰𝒏𝒇𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝑨𝒄𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒐𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒔, 𝑻𝒐𝒚𝒔, 𝑱𝒆𝒘𝒍𝒆𝒓𝒚, 𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒓𝒚, 𝑷𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒚 𝑺𝒖𝒑𝒑𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒔 & 𝑪𝒓𝒐𝒄𝒌𝒆𝒓𝒚.
Strong understanding of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and sales forecasting.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in planning software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or AX Dynamics.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
