𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is seeking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞.
Responsibilities:
𝐨 Will be responsible for complete supervision of designated sections.
𝐨 Will be responsible to increase sales and enhance customer services.
𝐨 Training of staff on regular basis.
𝐨 Train new hires on the standards and procedures of the company.
𝐨 From how to handle a negative customer experience to how to properly interact with customers.
𝐨 Ensure visual merchandising according to company’s requirement.
𝐨 Lead the team and sections under one department.
Requirements:
𝐨 Minimum graduation.
𝐨 3 – 4 years of experience in a well – known retail brand as a Floor Manager or in a similar capacity.
𝐨 Experience of Hardline (Toys, Infant Accessories, Stationary, & Jewelry) is a Plus.
𝐨 Communication people and leadership skills are must.
𝐨 Problem solving, confident, and energetic personality.
