vivo Pakistan is Hiring – Brand Executive
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the Brand Manager and Brand Director in brand-related activities.
- Coordinate with Brand Managers across cities regarding branding activities and queries.
- Monitor shop branding and outdoor advertising to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate orders and distribution of branding materials, including print and advertising materials.
- Address branding and advertising-related queries from branches across Pakistan.
- Collect and analyze image shop sales data on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Prepare weekly image shop reports.
- Prepare and maintain branch expense reports.
- Review, analyze, and process monthly reimbursement of branding expenses.
- Maintain interior and exterior branding documentation.
- Support the brand team during launch events and media meet-ups.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Department Head.
Requirements:
- BBA or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Presentable personality with strong coordination abilities.
- Good command of MS Excel and basic accounting-related tools/software.
- Knowledge of business management and accounts will be an added advantage.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with teams and stakeholders across different locations.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
