KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATION

- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Telecom Management is an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE
- 6–8 years of professional experience in Telecom, RMS, or Tower Company environments.
- Hands-on experience in telecom tower operations, RMS platforms, site monitoring, alarms, telemetry, and remote site management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages the MBU, consisting of 140 (avg) telecommunications towers and 200 active tenancies.
- Spearhead PM and CM strategies to ensure unparalleled site reliability and uptime.
- Guarantee strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all maintenance activities, ensuring 24/7 operational readiness.
- Exercise stringent control over site-level OPEX, with a dedicated focus on optimizing fuel consumption and energy efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic fuel management plans, closely monitoring daily consumption trends to eliminate waste.
- Ensure the efficient utilization of batteries, rectifiers, and generators to maximize resource lifespan and performance.

- Enforce rigorous site access and asset movement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure physical security and safety.

- Conduct site audits via digital portals, rejecting substandard work and ensuring all vendor activities meet quality standards.
- Act as the single point of contact (POC) for all Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) on MBU Level, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Manage Field Maintenance (FLM) vendor performance, verifying spare parts inventory and availability for both PM and CM teams.
- Manage the successful ATP process for all site-based projects, including: SOLAR deployment, NRO sites, AC/DC meters deployment etc.
