Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd – Saya is looking for a skilled and experienced ๐๐๐๐๐ข๐ฏ๐๐๐ฅ๐ ๐๐๐๐ to join our Accounts and Finance department at Head Office, Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s receivables, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
๐๐๐ฎ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field, preferably in the textile or fashion industry
๐๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฉ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง:-
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the company’s accounts receivable process.
- Monitor and track outstanding invoices and follow up with clients for payment.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other departments to resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Prepare regular reports on receivables status and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Manage a team of receivable clerks and provide guidance and training as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to receivables.
