Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd – Saya is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an E-commerce Assistant Manager. This role will primarily focus on the management and development of our online platform in the fashion retail textile industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and managing the overall growth of our e-commerce business.
Education:- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
Experience:– Proven 5 years of experience working in an e-commerce role within the fashion retail textile industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Monitor website performance, analytics, and KPIs to identify opportunities or improvement and growth.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies, including email campaigns, promotions, and social media advertising.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify, and proficiency in content management systems.
- Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Collaborate with the design and content team to ensure a visually appealing and engaging user experience on the website.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay updated with industry trends, pricing, and promotions.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all online platforms.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to online purchases, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including merchandising, logistics, and customer service, to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest e-commerce technology and industry best practices to optimize online presence and user experience.
