About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, dynamic, and people-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, HR administration, and other people-related initiatives, while contributing to a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation.
Assist with attendance management, leave administration, payroll coordination, and other HR processes.
Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace activities.
Respond to employee queries and provide timely HR support.
Prepare HR reports, maintain HR databases, and assist with HR-related analysis.
Ensure confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR matters.
Provide administrative and operational support to the HR Department as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in HR or a similar role.
Good understanding of HR practices and processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational, coordination, and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR software will be an added advantage.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
