Aisha Steel Mills Limited ASML Jobs Executive Payables:
We are hiring Executive – Payables (Accounts & Finance Department) Karachi Based
MBA with 02 years & Bachelors with 04 years of experience in Payables.
Responsible for whole payments cycle i.e. processing payments after tax and other deductions and recording and processing of debit notes.
Candidate having SAP experience will be given preference.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
a. Posting of Vendor Invoices parked in SAP.
b. Recording of invoices in SAP – FI module.
c. Recording of Debit Notes.
d. Recording and amortization of Prepayments.
e. Processing vendor payments accurately accounting of all relevant taxes / deductions in accordance with credit period.
f. Prepare aging report of all vendors and follow-up for advances provided to vendors.
g. Resolve internal audit observations in respect of payments processed.
h. Update and maintain fixed asset register as per applicable laws and regulations and computation of depreciation charge and recording of the same.
i. Assist in closing activities and finalization of trial balance.
j. Assist in finalization of external audits and FBR audits.
k. Assist in General Ledger maintenance and updating of Chart of Accounts.
