SUBJECT: INVITATION OF APPLICATIONS FOR RECRUITMENT AGAINST VACANT POSTS FROM BPS-01 TO BPS-04.

In pursuance of the applicable recruitment rules and SOPs prescribed for Departmental Selection Committees constituted under Rule 5(1) of the Sindh Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion and Transfer) Rules, 1974, applications are invited from eligible candidates possessing domicile and PRC (Form-D) of District Jacobabad for recruitment against the following vacant posts in the Office of the Additional Director Agriculture Extension, Jacobabad:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Candidates are required to submit their applications on plain paper, clearly indicating the name of the post applied for. Attested copies of the following documents must be attached with the application: Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC), Domicile Certificate, Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC Form-D), Educational Certificates, Experience Certificate(s), valid LTV Driving License (for the post of Driver), No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the competent authority (for candidates already serving in Government departments), Disability Certificate issued by the competent authority (for candidates applying against the Differently Abled Persons Quota), and two (02) recent passport-size photographs. Applications must reach the Office of the Additional Director Agriculture Extension, Jacobabad, within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this advertisement.
Qualification, experience, age, and other eligibility criteria shall be determined in accordance with the relevant recruitment rules and Government policy.
The local area for recruitment shall be the entire District Jacobabad.
Quotas for women, minorities, persons with different abilities, and other applicable categories shall be strictly observed in accordance with the prevailing Government of Sindh policy.
Separate applications shall be submitted for each post.
Defective/incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
Candidates already working in government, semi-government, autonomous bodies, or local government institutions must apply through proper channel and submit a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC).
Upper age limit relaxation will be admissible in accordance with the policy/orders of the Government of Sindh.
No TA/DA will be admissible for participating in the interview or any other stage of the recruitment process.
The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, cancel, or withdraw the number of vacancies without assigning any reason.
Only eligible candidates will be called for Test / Interview.
