Accrescent Engineering Pvt Ltd Jobs Procurement Officer:

We are looking for Procurement Officer (Import & Local).

Education. BBA/BCOM
Location: Karachi
Experience: 2-3 Years in relevant field

Responsibilities:

  • Entertaining the inquiries received from Sub Department (Power, Automation, BMS & EMS Department) related to Import Procurement,
  • Coordination with the internal department for inhouse approvals,
  • Liaises with key company employees to determine their product and service needs
  • Tele Communicating with sub-department for technical clarities
  • Asking / Follow up with suppliers to get the Pro-forma Invoice for an arrangement of payments
  • Raising orders to the supplier/vendor after finalizing the offer
  • Engage with suppliers for commercial terms & price negotiations for best price & minimum lead time
  • Coordination with the Freight forwarder for material switching considering the best route and our required time under the best prices
  • Candidates must have the expertise in sourcing the supplier.
