BachaaParty is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Conduct regular physical inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy and identify discrepancies.
o Execute yearly cycle counts with ABC classification.
Investigate inventory variances and negative stock findings systematically, performing root cause analysis.
o Perform regular reconciliations between physical stock counts, inventory records, and WMS data.
o Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, ensuring accurate stock counts.
o Implement corrective actions to address inventory inaccuracies and enhance data integrity.
o Perform routine health checks on the WMS to identify system issues or data integrity concerns.
o Ensure proper configuration and alignment of the WMS with inventory management processes.
o Collaborate with IT or WMS support teams to resolve system-related issues and optimize performance.
o Generate inventory reports, including stock levels, turnover rates, and aging inventory.
o Analyze inventory data to provide insights on stock performance and identify improvement areas.
o Prepare and present inventory-related reports and recommendations to management.
o Identify opportunities for process improvement in inventory management and propose solutions.
o Streamline and optimize inventory control procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall inventory management.
o Conduct regular data reconciliations between the WMS and other systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
o Provide reporting on a need basis, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
o Bachelor’s or equivalent; additional education in supply chain management, logistics, or related field is a plus.
o Proven experience in inventory control, inventory audits, and data reconciliation in a retail environment.
o Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
o Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
o Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
o Knowledge of the FMCG or fashion retail industry and products is desirable.
