Descon Engineering is looking to hire “Engineer Design (Electrical Instruments)”
Position: Engineer Design (E&I)
Qualification: BSc Electrical Engineering
Experience: 5-6 Years as Design Engineer E&I, relevant field experience will be an added benefit.
Responsibilities:
Ability to design MV and LV Power Distribution System as per applicable codes / standards, rules / regulations, and standard engineering practices.
Ability to prepare design submittals for EPC and Construction Projects including Electrical SLDs / Schematics, Design Briefs, Method Statements, Drawings, Equipment sizing calculation sheets, BOQs / RFQs etc.
Ability to evaluate OEM’s technical data, ratings, and performance curves etc., for equipment selection.
Understanding of PLC based Control systems including DCS, SCADA etc. Ability to generate RFQs including I/O lists, BOQs, Control Systems Architecture for EPC projects and able to technically evaluate the Vendor offers.
