Role Requirements:
Bachelors/ Masters’ Degree from any HEC recognised university
1-3 years of relevant work experience
Overall Responsibilities:
The position will be responsible for assisting the AM L&D in managing three broad areas within the portfolio: performance management, engagement and training. The role will be focused on high stakeholder engagement for effective follow ups, reporting and communication for the P.h.a.r.m.a.c.e.u.t.i.c.a.l and Animal Health businesses.
Key Accountabilities:
Areas of responsibility will include; managing the performance cycle closures, coordinating and co-conducting trainings, executing engagement surveys and managing internal events. The person will specifically be responsible for internal publications and the Business’ Facebook page.
