Bachaa Party is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of Studio Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality product images that accurately represent the features, details, and colors of each item.
- Set up and maintain a professional photography studio, including lighting, backdrops, and equipment.
- Ensure consistent image quality, adhering to established style guidelines and brand standards.
- Edit and retouch product images as needed, ensuring they are optimized for web display.
- Manage the organization, scheduling, and workflow of product photography, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to prioritize and plan photo shoots based on product launches, promotions, and inventory needs.
- Edit and retouch product images using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) to enhance quality, color accuracy, and consistency.
- Work closely with the e-commerce team to address feedback, make necessary adjustments, and continuously improve image quality.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team, including stylists, merchandisers, and graphic designers, to ensure a cohesive visual representation of products.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Photographer, preferably in an e-commerce or commercial setting.
- Proficient in using professional-grade photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories.
- Expertise in product photography techniques, lighting setups, and composition.
- Proficient in image editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, with excellent retouching and color correction skills.
- Knowledge of current trends in e-commerce photography and the ability to adapt to evolving industry standards.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and image optimization techniques is a plus.
