Location: Moro, Sindh
The ideal candidate will own the entire production process of Restaurant. He will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. He will also run quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and evaluate entire production process of restaurant.
· Contribute to production planning and budgeting of food menu.
· Lead and monitor quality assessments in light recipe compliance, taste and freshness to ensure customer satisfaction
· Manage Inventory of Kitchen.
· Ensure compliance on Hygiene, Food safety and cleanliness standards.
· Coordinate with Chef and other restaurant team in order to ensure uninterrupted kitchen operations.
Qualifications:
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferable BBA) with diploma in Advanced F&B.
· 5+ years of restaurant operations experience
· Strong organizational and managerial skills
