Shield Corporation Limited is seeking profiles for the positions of Assistant Manager – NPD.
Job Specification for the Post of Assistant Manager New Product Development;
- Conduct thorough analysis, simulations, and testing to ensure optimal performance and reliability of components.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and apply them in new product and mold design process.
- Identify and address design issues and implement effective solutions to enhance functionality and efficiency.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source and integrate high-quality components, and packaging development.
- Set Bill of Materials for Newly developed products.
- Create internal design documentation for various design domains (mechanical design, control), as well as test needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and improve various components and systems Related to Products.
- Work closely with their Lead to support calendarized launches in all stages from concept to on-counter.
- Develop innovative and sustainable packaging and responsible for the day-to-day communication with packaging vendors.
