NayaPay Jobs Technical Content Writer:

We are hiring Technical Content Writer to join NayaPay’s growing team!

What You’ll Do:

1. Create, review, and revise technical documentation, such as functional specifications, API manuals, process flows, system operations documents, reports, etc.
2. Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content.
3. Research the subject matter before writing on specialized topics.
4. Work with subject matter experts to understand the content requirements.
5. Edit and update the existing technical content on every change request in the system.
6. Develop and maintain a detailed database of appropriate reference materials, including research, usability tests, and implementation specifications.
7. Write documentation for internal teams such as finance, development, product, and SQA.

What You’ll Need:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related disciplines.
2. At least 6 months of experience in writing technical documentation.
3. Understand and explain complex technical concepts.
4. Ability to understand Rest and Soap APIs and different API client tools like Postman, SoapUI, etc.
5. Strong research and analytical skills.
6. Ability to undertake multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines.
7. Good working knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs tools especially MS Excel and MS Visio.
