Job Requirements:
- Look after overall A-Z Talent Acquisition process of plant operations e.g. prospective employees engagement, Attraction, sourcing / pool generation, screening, Interviews, Offer placement
- Ensure that all TA related KPIs are achieved
- To ensure all requisitions related to talent acquisition are processed in a swift and best efficient manner without compromising defined agreed targets (SLAs)
- Work with hiring managers to understand business dynamics and job roles in order to speedup talent acquisition efforts
- Use digital / social media, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs
- Find out ways to reach out to passive candidates for any current and future openings
- Develop relationships with third party recruitment / headhunting agencies and staffing firms
- Use of Technology, Data Analytics & Dash boarding
- Ensure smooth functioning and optimum utilization of SAP SuccessFactors – Recruitment Module
Ensure all necessary documents / SOPs are available digitally or otherwise to all users and stakeholders - Responsible for onboarding and acculturation of employees
Gauge the efficacy of onboarding activities and suggest improvements
Employer Branding - Actively liaison and build trusted business relationship with universities, institutes, HR Consulting Firms
Education: BBA/MBA
Experience: 2– 3 years of relevant experience.
