Amreli Steels Limited is looking for a dynamic technical candidate for its open position “Shift Incharge Mechanical Maintenance”.
Qualification : BE Mechanical
Positions: 2
Location: Dhabeji
Experience of Manufacturing Plant
Experience: 4 years post qualification
Proven hands-on experience in the maintenance of mechanical equipment like gearboxes, pumps, overhead cranes, cooling towers, compressors, hydraulic machinery, rolling mill machinery & Induction heaters.
Ability to work in shifts and handle preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks.
Strong analytical skills to develop Failure Analysis Reports in case of equipment breakdowns.
Proficiency in preparing and compiling documents such as shift reports, history cards, checklists, and downtime analysis reports.
Excellent reading and interpretation skills for engineering drawings, P&IDs, hydraulic schematics, etc.
Basic knowledge of spare planning and the ability to modify spares as per requirements.
Familiarity with safety rules and regulations and the ability to ensure compliance among junior staff.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with team members and superiors effectively.
