Designation: Assistant Manager Accounts
Qualification: ACCA
Experience: 03 to 04 years
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of M.I.R. and other analytical reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually)
- Coordination with the IT department for the integration, development, and designing or modification of all software working under the ERP system
- Coordination with departments for the implementation of their respective software
- Reporting of Capex and Opex (Yearly and Monthly)
- Coordination with internal audit and external audit teams
- Review of inventory, production, and waste positions
- Review of the Fixed Assets Register and Asset Tagging
- Knowledge of spinning payroll
- Monitoring of Advances, Deposits, and Prepayments
- Monitoring of Accruals, Payables, and Other Liabilities
