Position Title: Accounts Officer
Location: Head Office, Karachi
Requirements:
- BBA/MBA having 1-2 years of working experience in the relevant field.
Responsibilities:
- Keep track of all payments and expenditures, including Service non-service, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Maintain historical records.
- Pay employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks.
- Pay vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance.
- Prepare analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports.
