mywater (A Multinet associated company) is hiring for an “Team Lead – Field Operations” for Islamabad Office

JOB SUMMARY: Field Team Lead will be responsible for managing and leading a team of field service technicians, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of all field service activities for our water care products.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage and lead a team of field service technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery
2. Schedule and dispatch field service personnel based on service requests and customer needs
3. Track and monitor the progress of field service activities to ensure on-time completion
4. Liaise with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues related to field service activities
5. Provide technical support and training to field service personnel to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their job duties effectively
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of field service activities, including service reports and customer feedback

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
2. Proven experience in field service management, preferably in the water care or related industry
3. Excellent leadership and management skills
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
6. Proficient in using field service management software
7. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
