mywater (A Multinet associated company) is hiring for an “Team Lead – Field Operations” for Islamabad Office
JOB SUMMARY: Field Team Lead will be responsible for managing and leading a team of field service technicians, ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of all field service activities for our water care products.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and lead a team of field service technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Schedule and dispatch field service personnel based on service requests and customer needs
- Track and monitor the progress of field service activities to ensure on-time completion
- Liaise with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues related to field service activities
- Provide technical support and training to field service personnel to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their job duties effectively
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of field service activities, including service reports and customer feedback
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in field service management, preferably in the water care or related industry
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in using field service management software
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
