Overview

• Position: QA Officer
• Department: Quality Assurance (QA)
• Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated QA Officer to join our Quality Assurance team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting GMP compliance, SOP implementation, quality systems, documentation, and ensuring product and process quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Review and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Batch Packing Records (BPRs).
2. Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs and company quality policies.
3. Perform in-process and line clearance inspections.
4. Review and verify manufacturing and packaging documentation.
5. Assist in handling deviations, CAPA, change controls and OOS/OOT investigations.
6. Conduct routine QA inspections of production, warehouse and other relevant areas.
7. Coordinate with Production, QC, Warehouse and other departments to resolve quality issues.
8. Maintain QA records and prepare relevant quality reports.

Qualifications: Pharm-D / M. Pharm / MSc Chemistry / BEMS or relevant qualification.

Required Skills

• 6 Months – 1 Year experience in QA, preferably Pharmaceutical/Nutraceutical industry.
• Good knowledge of GMP, GLP, SOPs and pharmaceutical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Word & MS Excel.
