We’re looking for a Marketing Manager
Experience : Minimum 5-6 years’ experience in marketing department for a reputable brand
Characteristics & Requirements:
· Degree In Marketing, Business Administration Or Related Field
· Prior Experience in a D2C Business
· Prior Experience Scaling Up Businesses
· Prior Experience Running Full 360 Campaigns
· Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
· Strong Data Analyizing Skills
· Team Management & Leadership Skills
Role & Responsibility:
· Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
· Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
· Research and implementation of marketing leading practices of scaling up businesses
· Collaborate with performance marketing team to run and scale online ads
· Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels
· Overhead content creation, content curation, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
· Help produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
· Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and retail marketing material
· Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
· Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
· Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
· Analyzing customer data and researching new ways to increase customer retention rates
