Samsons Group of Companies is looking for HR Service Delivery Specialist.

Job Description:

1. Updating the potential and old employees’ records in HRIS.
2. Preparation of Employee Reports including leaves and attendance information for payroll.
3. Managing the employee’s attendance and leaves by managing attendance software
   4.Timely disbursement of the Employees Benefits Claims and Loans requests
4. Final Settlement processing of the resigned and the terminated employees and send report to the Audit Department.
5. Supporting the Team and other departments with administration support where required
6. Ensure that a high level of customer service is provided to both internal and external customers
7. Maintains monthly EFU ledger
8. Works on the employees’ medical claims that includes hospitalization and special OPD
9. Prepare sheet for renewal or addition in the Annual group life insurance
10. Ensure regular reviews of each customer’s profile and update as required
11. To carry out any other duties and responsibilities within the scope of this post as may be required

Location : Lahore

Education : BBA – HR / MBA HR

Experience : 2 – 4 years with hands on experience in the same domain

Skills : Communication skills, MS. Office, HR Analytics, HR dashboards, Team work, knowledge of shared services and service delivery (HR operations)
