Looking for fresh or experienced profiles for the position of Deputy Manager in our Resource Mobilization Department (RMD) at THF Head Office, Karachi
Position Title: Deputy Manager – Fundraising
Qualification: BBA/MBA-Marketing, or Masters in IR from reputable university with relevant industry experience.
Experience: 4 – 6 years.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Individual / Institutional Fundraising:
- Responsible for the implementation of the strategic plan for corporate fundraising that is aligned to the overarching business objectives.
- Identify new potential income streams in the organizations and develop strategies to access these funds.
- Writing funding proposals and submitting these to potential donors.
- Ensure continuous donor relationship of major fundraising partnership with individuals and organizational donors.
- Ensure that the measures are in place to deliver excellent donor experience and that they are sent acknowledgement slip and thanked appropriately for their support.
- Facilitate in organizing and attending non-profit events and networking with relevant stakeholders.
- Coming up with ingenious ways to raise awareness.
- Ensure that all data is collected, managed and stored appropriately in compliance in the Donor Management System database.
- Ensure support in the fundraising of the Ramadan and other campaigns for the
local chapter. - Ensure timely progress report are submitted to the donors.
- Ensure proper follow up on fundraising activities and proper closure of activities/programs with specific reports
- Any other work assigned by the Head of RMD Fundraising Financial Planning & Monitoring
- Facilitate in preparation of annual fundraising operational plan and associated budgets factoring in risk and compliance.
- Monitor, analyses and report on income and expenditure variances to support the
month end and quarterly forecasting process. - Identify shortfalls in performance and, with support from the Fundraising Head, prepare and implement contingency plans to ensure financial targets are met.
- Ensure the Fundraising Department is kept within budget.

Position Title: Manager – Donor Relations
Qualification: BBA/MBA-Marketing, or Masters in IR from reputable university with relevant industry experience.
Experience: 8 – 10 years
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Corporate/Donor Relationship Management:
- Donor relationship management & new engagement initiatives.
- Meetings & follow-up with organizations to support THF’s organizational needs i.e., CAPEX, OPEX, Resources, etc.
- Maintain corporate clients/donors and keep an eye on timely deliverables/ progress for a good dialogue & donor retention.
- Relationship management with corporates/donors by exchanging relevant communication; Impact Study, Newsletters, Institutes
- Progress, Annual Reports, etc on WhatsApp & Email, etc.
- Invite corporates/donors to THF Institute Graduation & other THF organized event (as needed).
Donor Relations (Individual Donors): FOH & Young Professionals Handling:
- Provide documents & institute data as required for donor management.
- Support FOH/ Young Professionals events/ Open Houses (Event Management).
- Be available for all donor meetings with new & potential through FOH, Board etc.
- Liaise with I-Care to provide updated communication and marketing material on periodic basis for their website and social media platforms.
Global Outreach Management:
- Support President Global Outreach/Ambassadors Global Chapters in all activities related to fundraising & communication with international donors.
- Conceiving and developing efficient and intuitive yearly marketing strategies.
- Run social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement.
- Development of Zakat Campaign, strategy building and execution plan to support all the chapters with their targets.
Provide Fund Utilization Report against funds received from – - Chapters or Individual Donors.
Marketing & Fundraising:
- Support marketing activities as required for the tasks outlined above such as FOH Event, Telethons, Meet & Greet, Fundraising -Activities, etc.
- Plan, design and implement crowd funding campaigns for both local/international chapters.
- Expand the reach of donation boxes placement across Pakistan with team, to flourish the revenue stream for raising funds.
