1- Position: Deputy Manager Sourcing (Men Category)
Qualification: Bachelors/Masters
Experience: 6 years or more
Location: Head Office – Johar Town Lahore
Gender: Male
Responsibilities:
- Managing, formulating, and implementation of effective sourcing plan.
- Vendor development in alignment with organizational growth Strategy
- Ensure On-time delivery with quality standards.
- Ensuring Control in VDN and claim.
- Identifying new vendors including footwear tooling projects.
- Supervise the subordinates and take corrective and preventive measures to enhance productivity and quality
- Planning and building product range as per company and market requirements.
- Building seasonal buying plan with liaison to merchandising and planning department.
- Managing category-wise margins, by negotiating with vendors and suppliers
- Expediting merchandising orders and making on-time deliveries
