Position: Head of Application/ Software
Qualification: MS in Computer Science
Experience: Over 10 years.
Brief Description of Duties:
- Responsible for designing, developing and maintaining corporate ERP software by utilizing the different tools.
- Coordinate with corporate vendor / service providers as and when required for a smooth run of acquired services or software.
- Responsible to manage and develop comprehensive documentation for applications, code, backup, etc.
- Work with end-users and application stakeholders to verify and validate requirement.
- Work with internal / external developers and DBA’s to collaborate on development.
- Responsible to provide assistance and support to end-user(s) on corporate software.
- Implement backup and recovery of the tables, schemas and other objects of databases using different utilities.
- Create and manage database users. Grants and revoke oracle privileges from users.
- Create and manage oracle database objects like tables, views, synonyms, sequences, materialized views, triggers, function, db-links etc.
- Liaise with other departments and always strive to accommodate their requests and Trouble shoot their problems.
