Position Available : Deputy Manager – Quality Assurance
Description
1.To control the quality and testing of packaging material.
2.To take QA measures for receipt of confirming Packaging Material.
3.To liaison with marketing for development and validation of new Packaging Material and/or for improvement in the existing one.
4.To handle complaints pertaining to Packaging Material and to take corrective preventive action as per relevant SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
5.To execute Internal QMS/EMS/FSMS audit as per schedule & to follow for closure of NCs if any.
6.To do assessment of suppliers (Packaging Material) as per relevant SOPs prior to their enlistment in approved supplier list.
7.To develop quality system for new supplier.
8.To make department budget of QA section in time with the company policy and to ensure that the expenses remain within the limits.
9.Liaison with Ink and Tin Manufacturer’s for effective control of application and color variation.
10.To visit Packaging material supplier periodically for supplier evaluation with coordination of Supply Chain department.
Education: BE/BTECH in Mechanical
Requirements : 3-5 years in a large scale environment of packaging lab experience.
