JS Bank is looking for Coordinator to General Manager North.
Coordinator will assist, provide support and serve as primarily point of contact on all matters pertaining to General Manager’s office. Having the ability to exercise good judgment in variety of
situations. Possess strong written, communication, administrative and organizational skills.
Short JD:-
A- Responsible for day to day management of the General Manager calendar and activities & schedule meetings.
B- Responsible for reviewing hiring proposals, loan applications and probation performance review for sign off by
General Manager.
C- Performing variety of administrative tasks including managing calendar of appointments, handle all
correspondence on behalf of General Manager.
D- Maintaining the office record, & other important documents.
Qualification: Minimum Bachelors
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience
Location:Position is based in Islamabad
