Hopscotch Pakistan Jobs Head Of Retail:
HOPSCOTCH® a kids wear brand operating since 2014, having 37 stores in 30 cities of Pakistan, is looking for a “Head of Retail” to lead its Retail team. The incumbent will be responsible for overall success of all the Retail outlets which includes meeting financial and service targets, developing & maintaining policies & procedures, maximizing margin potential, identifying and implementing strategies to boost sales & network growth.
Job Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Travelling: Required
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelors or Masters from HEC recognized local or foreign college.
- 10+ years of work experience in a retail sales and operational role, ideally in fashion retail and in a leadership position.
- The ideal aspirant should be:
• Experience in running multi store networks.
• Expert in retail business models, economics and strategies.
• Expert in sales, customer service and retail store operations.
• Knows how to “get things done”. Very strong execution skills.
• Team player, ability to train, motivate and manage large teams of people.
• Detailed understanding of Pakistan retail landscape, geographies and locations.
• Strong excel, analytical, written and upward and downwards management skills.
• Strong negotiation, problem solving, communications and conflict resolution skills.
• A real go-getter. Need “fire in the belly”. Expertise in process management, problem solving and running a strong data driven team.
