Position: Deputy Manager Procurement Process & Performance Excellence
Requirements:
- BS Engineering / MBA in Finance.
- 6 + years of relevant experience.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Develop metrics and carry out spend analysis for the group to identify areas for value creation.
- Deliver and maintain procurement process and policies.
- Manage and audit compliance against procurement support framework.
- Identify new initiatives to improve the overall performance.
- Manage policy and process compliance process through education and measurement.
- Manage the target setting and milestone planning process for procurement.
- Facilitate and coach categories on problem solving, definition, and follow-up of mitigation actions in case of KPI and SLA deviations.
- Act as a consultant and support and be a challenger in the procurement organization to achieve the targets and SLAs.
- Manage procurement digitization initiatives
