Job Description:
o Execution of day-to-day operations as per OPS Excellence Plan & SOP’s
o Ensure 100% received shipments are processed on run sheet
o Ensure 100% delivery attempt of all Over-Night shipments
o Ensure accurate de-briefing of all SDO’s on daily basis
o Ensure all delivery sheets are handed over to System Information team for timely recording
o Ensure daily pickups from customer premises and Express Centers are handled seamlessly
o Ensure 100% Forwarding of outbound material as per OPS schedule
o Perform and improve Route Management
·Monitoring
o Performance review on day to day basis on the given KPI’s
o Route Wise & Product wise Performance summaries to identify improvement area
Reporting & Trouble Shoot
o Balancing reports of OPS activities
o Resolution of complaints forwarded by Customers/ Internal Functions.
