Olive Digital Pvt Ltd Jobs Support Executive:
Olive Digital is looking for a Support Executive to join our Sales Team in Karachi office.
Job Responsibilities:
·Maintain and develop existing client’s relations by understanding their business and devising a strategy as to what they might need to further enhance their business digitally.
·Using all tools to convince clients for new products and services including emails, phone calls and upsell materials.
·Updating clients of existing promotional offers.
·Also, conducting marketing research and introducing new products or services that customers may be interested in and would open doors to more avenues for the company.
·Researches, drafts proposals for clients, follow-up and assure client converts for further products
·Open projects on the utility and manage them along with support agents from design to UI and final execution.
·Handling client concerns on the way and assuring client is 100% satisfied with his project
· Avoiding and managing refunds.
· Get reviews on their clients on trustpilot and other similar sites.
Professional Skills & Qualifications:
·Graduation degree in relevant field.
Experience: 1-2 years
