TITLE : Manager Talent Acquisition
LOCATION: Faisalabad, Pakistan
Ingredion (Rafhan Maize) is hiring Manager Talent Acquisition who will be responsible for shaping and supporting a value-based employer branding inside and outside the Company. Develop and implement an online/offline Talent Acquisition strategy in alignment with all stakeholders needs and corporate strategies to increase awareness of our employer brand to attract top talent for Pakistan business. Provide HR Partnering support for Faisalabad.
Qualified Candidates Will Have
- Master’s Degree in a business or HR discipline required, MS or MBA preferred.
- 7- 10 years’ experience as HR Generalist/Business Partner with 3 years of experience overseeing recruitment function
- Familiarity and working knowledge of applicant tracking systems
- Able to balance conceptual and hands-on work
- Should have can do attitude and should be go getter
- High level of integrity
