CRITERIA:
1. CONSULTANTS WITH MAJOR DEGREES (FCPS/MD/FRCP/FRCS/MS Etc)
- 02 years’ experience: Rs. 350,000/- per month
- 05 years’ experience with CPSP Supervisor status: Rs. 600,000/- per month
TENURE CONDITIONS:
➤ All appointments shall be made on merit, however, quota for women, minorities (Non-Muslims and disabled persons quota) will be observed as per law / SESSI Regulations 2026. Major Degree Holders will be preferred
➤ Mode of Engagement will be preferred: Through transparent selection process though the Committee.
➤ Appointments will be made on a three-year tenure basis and will be extendible subject to satisfactory performance.
➤ Existing regular employees may be offered the option to switch to tenure posts under the approved package, if resigned from regular post.
➤ The SESSI, holds the right to terminate the contract without assigning any reason at any time.
➤ This is the Non-Transferable Post, and the Candidates have to serve at the place of appointment only as specified against each.
➤ Sindh Employees’ Social Security Institution (SESSI) reserves the right to fill any seat or to increase / decrease the number of vacancies, if the circumstances so warrant.
➤ Candidates must bring their Original Educational Certificates /Documents/Provisional PMC/PMDC License / CNIC/Domicile /PRC of Sindh Province at the time of interview along with one duly attested photocopy set of all documents / certificates and two passport size photographs.
➤ Service rules to be amended accordingly to accommodate these tenure able positions.
➤ No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates who will appeared for Test/Interview.
