POSITIONS VACANT: Applications are invited from citizen of Pakistan having domicile of Balochistan for recruitment against the following posts lying vacant in Federal Public Service Commission’s Secretariat
VACANT POSITIONS
1. Assistant (BS-15)
No. of Posts: 1
Qualification/Experience:
i. Graduate
ii. 6 Weeks Basic IT Training course (including MS Office) conducted by NITB before completion of probation period.
Age Limits (Years): 18-28

2. Stenotypist (BS-14)
No. of Posts: 1
Qualification/Experience:
i. Intermediate.
ii. Minimum Speed of 80/40 w.p.m. in shorthand/typing respectively.
iii. Must be computer literate.
Age Limits (Years): 18-28
Domicile/Quota:
Balochistan= (open merit = 01)
3. Data Entry Operator (BS-14)
No. of Posts: 1
Qualification/Experience:
i. Bachelor’s degree with Physics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Economics/ Computer Science/IT from a university recognized by HEC.
ii. Minimum speed of 10,000 key de-pressions per hour for data entry.
Age Limits (Years): 18-28

Balochistan= (open merit = 01)
Important instructions:
1. The Subject Recruitment shall be made on criteria/mechanism defined by the Establishment Division vide their O.M. No. 2/5/2026-BEFC/001, dated 22nd October, 2026 and dated 27th October, 2026.
2. Selected candidates have to submit Medical Certificate as required under Rule 17 of the Civil Servant Appointment, Promotion and Transfer) 1973 and in case a candidate is declared medically unfit the alternate shall be offered the post.
3. Candidate shall have to produce original document along with set of attested copies of the Certificate/Degrees by HEC/recognized Board/Universities/Institutes and other relevant documents at the time of interview.
4. All the candidates of Balochistan domicile shall be entitled to an upper-general age relaxation plus five years general age relaxation. However, other claims for relaxation will be considered as admissible under Establishment Division’s SRO No. 1079(I)/93, dated 04.11.1993 and O.M. No. 9/2/91-R-5, dated 24.06.2010 as amended from time to time.
5. The candidate can apply through National Job Portal website: (http://www.njp.gov.pk/) within fifteen days from the date of advertisement.
6. For the post at serial No.2 and 3 requiring trainable skills, such as shorthand, typing or computer literate, there shall be a one time relaxation of the requirement to possess the prescribed skills at the time of initial appointment. In case non of the candidates have any certifications at the time of selection, the selected candidates shall acquire the prescribed proficiency through departmental on-the job training after joining within probation period. Their proficiency shall be assessed before confirmation, and failure to acquire it shall be dealt with under the applicable probation and service rules.
7. Candidates already in Government Service should apply through proper channel and must provide NOC otherwise application will not be entertained, and they have no right to claim,
8. The number of vacancies can be increased or decreased.
9. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test/interview.
10. Applications received by hand will not be entertained.
