Position Title: ARM-RM, Islamabad Branch – Islamabad
Job Purpose: The prime purpose of this role is to manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying business opportunities to expand the Bank’s client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, including both credit and non-credit customers.
- Identify and acquire new corporate customers through marketing, networking, and business development activities.
- Conduct financial analysis, credit assessments and risk evaluations; prepare credit proposals and recommendations for approval.
- Monitor customer performance and credit exposure, ensuring timely identification and mitigation of potential risks.
- Maintain a sound understanding of foreign exchange regulations and guidelines issued by the State Bank of Pakistan, and support clients on related banking transactions.
- Ensure full compliance with AML, KYC, sanctions, and other regulatory requirements while coordinating with internal stakeholders to deliver effective banking solutions.
Qualification and Skills Required:
Incumbent should have:
- Bachelors/Masters in Business Administration
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong cultural sensitivity and ability to build rapport with Chinese clients
- Applicants who can communicate fluently in Chinese will be given priority

Position Title: APM – PM1, Trade Finance Department — Islamabad
Position Overview: To manage and process branch trade finance transactions efficiently and accurately, ensuring compliance with bank policies, SBP regulations and applicable internal controls. The role is responsible for trade documentation, preliminary review of foreign exchange remittance documents, regulatory reporting, and co-ordination with relevant departments to facilitate timely execution of trade transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for processing all trade transactions of branch including LG , LC ,IC etc.
- Handling PSW and relevant system
- Managing the Trade finance documents, file the documents as per bank Policy.
- Be responsible for the preliminary review of the foreign exchange remittance documents of the customers of ISB Branch to ensure that the documents submitted are in line with the transaction logic.
- Reporting all the trade related returns, ensure the trade transactions are executed as per SBP regulations and ICBC Policy
- Coordination with other departments especially with Corporate Banking Department for timely processing of trade transactions
- Responsible for submitting the statements related to trade financing of ISB Branch to the regulatory reporting post of the Trade Financing Department according to the regulatory requirements.
Qualification and Skills Required:
- Minimum qualification should be Bachelors/Masters in Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
- Minimum 01– 3 years of experience in relevant field.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
