We Are Hiring – Security Bouncers
We are looking for a physically fit, alert, and responsible Security Bouncer to maintain safety, security, and discipline at our premises.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain security and ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property.
· Monitor entry and exit points and control access.
· Manage crowds and prevent disturbances, fights, or unauthorized entry.
· Handle conflicts calmly and professionally.
· Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
· Follow company security policies and procedures.
Requirements:
· 2–3 years of experience as a bouncer, security guard, or in a similar role.
· Must be physically fit, strong, and active.
· Good observation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
· Professional attitude with a disciplined and responsible approach.
· Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
· Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
