Senior Executive – Paint Shop

We are seeking a competent and results-driven professional to oversee Paint Shop Quality Assurance activities. The role involves coordinating new model introduction projects to ensure paint process readiness and timely product launches, maintaining an effective feedback loop between the Vehicle Quality (VQ) line and Paint Shop through Vehicle Audits and IQS, and conducting root cause analysis of market defects with timely submission of QIR/QRM-II reports. The incumbent will also be responsible for planning and executing monthly process, BIP, and ISO audits, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Additionally, the role requires supervising Paint Shop QA operations, while training and mentoring MTOs and interns and conducting Floor Skill Training (FST) for new hires to strengthen technical competence and promote a quality-focused culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or Metallurgy).
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in relevant field.
- Exposure to IMS/ISO/IATF audits.
- Working knowledge of QIR, QPR/DTRS, QRM and new model launch activities.
- Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills, MS Office, SAP preferred.
