HIRING Assistant Manager – Quality (Workwear & Woven)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor quality control activities across woven and workwear garment manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, buyer specifications, and approved procedures.
- Conduct in-line, end-line, and final inspections to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Analyze garment defects and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize rejections.
- Coordinate with Production and Technical teams to maintain product quality.
- Lead and guide the quality team to improve inspection practices and overall quality performance.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Graduation or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience in woven or workwear garment manufacturing is required.
- Strong knowledge of garment quality standards, inspection procedures, and defect analysis.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Position: Jr. Workwear Garment Designer – Workwear
Key Responsibilities:
- Design workwear and industrial garments according to technical guidelines and quality standards.
- Research workwear trends, functionality, durability, comfort, and safety requirements.
- Apply garment fit, sizing, and ergonomic principles for active working conditions.
- Incorporate functional details, including utility pockets, reinforcement panels, knee pad placements, trims, and closures.
- Assist in preparing tech packs, specification sheets, and garment sketches.
- Coordinate with technical and product development teams to improve garment designs.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a relevant field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in workwear or woven garments manufacturing.
- Good knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment fit, sizing, and technical documentation.
- Strong learning attitude, analytical skills, and ability to work in a team.
