SITUATION VACANT: Applications are invited for initial recruitment/ appointment, from candidates having Domicile of District South for the various posts of BPS-01 to BPS-04 in the office of the Regional Directorate of College Education, Karachi Region and Govt. Colleges of District South, (under recruitment Rules in pursuance of Sub-rule 2 of Rule-3 of the Sindh Civil Servants appointments, promotions and transfer Rules, 1974, in partial modification vide Notification No. SO(E-V)/3-3/93, dated 30-08-1993 and in consultation with the Regulations Wing, SGA&CD, Govt. of Sindh, notified on 26-02-2026 by the College Education Department, Govt. of Sindh) as under:-

· Sr.# 1: Driver (BPS-4) – 2 Seats

Qualification Required: i. At-least Matric Pass; ii. Possession of a valid LTV/HTV Driving License; and iii. Having at least two (02) years’ experience as a Driver.
Age Limit: 18 to 28 years.

· Sr.# 2: Dispatch Rider (BPS-4) – 1 Seat

Qualification Required: i. At-least Matric pass; and ii. Possession of a valid Driving License for Motor Cycle Or Scooter.
Age Limit: 18 to 28 years.

· Sr.# 3: Lab Attendant (BPS-2) – 38 Seats

Qualification Required: Matric (Science) at-least in “C” grade from a recognized Board of Secondary Education.
Age Limit: 18 to 28 years.

· Sr.# 4: Mali (BPS-1) – 7 Seats

Qualification Required: Matric Pass with at-least two (02) years’ experience of Gardening.
Age Limit: 18 to 28 years.

· Sr.# 5: Cleaner (BPS-1) – 6 Seats

Qualification Required: Matric pass.
Age Limit: 18 to 28 years.

· Sr.# 6: Chowkidar (BPS-1) – 22 Seats

Qualification Required: Matric pass.
Age Limit: 18 to 28 years.

· Sr.# 7: Naib Qasid (BPS-1) – 51 Seats

Qualification Required: Matric Pass.
Age Limit: 18 to 28 years.

· Sr.# 8: Guard (BPS-1) – 5 Seats

Qualification Required: Matric Pass.
Age Limit: 18 to 28 years.

· Sr.# 9: Sanitary Worker (BPS-1) – 22 Seats

Qualification Required: Middle Pass.
Age Limit: 18 to 28 years.

· Sr.# 10: Daftari (BPS-1) – 5 Seats

Qualification Required: Middle Pass.
Age Limit: 18 to 28 years.

· Sr.# 11: Cook (BPS-1) – 3 Seats

Qualification Required: Middle Pass.
Age Limit: 18 to 28 years.

· Sr.# 12: Door Keeper (BPS-1) – 2 Seats

Qualification Required: Middle Pass.
Age Limit: 18 to 28 years.

· Sr.# 13: Khidmatgar (BPS-1) – 6 Seats

Qualification Required: Middle Pass.
Age Limit: 18 to 28 years.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Eligible Candidates fulfilling above required qualification / criteria are advised to submit their application along with attested copies of testimonial certificates, CNIC, Domicile/ PRC, Experience Certificate (if required), disability certificate in case of candidates applying on disabled quota, two passport size photographs address to the Regional Director Colleges, College Education Department, Karachi Region in the Premises of Govt. College for Women, Shahrah-e-Liaquat, Near Urdu Bazar Saddar, Karachi.
Applications, along with all requisite documents, must be submitted within fifteen (15) days of the publication of this advertisement to the Office of the Regional Director Colleges, Karachi Region, Shahrah-e-Liaquat, Urdu Bazar, Saddar, Karachi, during office hours, by hand. Applications received after the expiry of the stipulated period shall not be entertained.
Candidates must fulfil the prescribed eligibility criteria for the post applied for. Where relevant experience or a specific certificate is required, the candidate must possess and provide documentary proof of the same. Only eligible and shortlisted candidates shall be called for the test/interview.
General relaxation of five (05) years in the upper age limit shall be admissible as per Government policy, vide Notification No. SOII(SGA&CD)5-64/2011 (Part-II) dated 08.03.2025, issued by the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department, Government of Sindh.
Quotas for women, minorities, differently-abled persons and transgender persons shall be reserved in accordance with the Government rules/policy in vogue.
The Government reserves the right to increase / decrease number of vacancies or cancel appointment at any stage.
The appointments are subject to the applicable provisions of the Sindh Service (Appointment, Promotion & Transfer) Rules, 1973, including the prescribed probation period.
Interference in any form or manner will disqualify the candidate.
The candidates already in Government Service should apply through proper channel.
Only eligible / shortlisted candidates will be called for test / interview. Candidates should bring certificates/ CNIC Domicile /PRC, Driving License (in Original) if called for Interview.
Candidates applying for the post of Driver (BPS-04) must possess valid driving license.
No TA/DA is admissible to the candidates for test / interview.
