VACANCIES ANNOUNCEMENT: Online applications are invited for the following posts / vacancies at Medical & Teaching Institution Hayatabad Medical Complex / KGMC Hayatabad Peshawar and its constituents. POST DETAILS

1. Finance Officer

Employment Status: Contractual, extendable 03 Years

Qualification/Experience:

Qualification: CA /ACCA/ M. Com / MBA Finance/ MSc Economics or equivalent qualification from HEC recognized University/Institution.

a) 05 Years’ experience in Audit, Accounts & Finance in semi-autonomous /autonomous or private sector organization, candidates having relevant experience in MTI’s will be preferred.

b) No Experience is required for CA.

2. Quality Assurance Officer

IPS: 10

Employment Status: Contractual, extendable 03 Years

Qualification/Experience:

Qualification: Master or Bachelor Degree (16 years of education) in Total Quality Management/ Business Administration/ Hospital Administration/ MPH with at least 01 year relevant experience preferably in Medical College/ University in a public/ semi-autonomous /autonomous or private sector organization.

BS/MS in Social/Environmental Sciences with 04 years relevant experience

Job Expectation: Compliance of PM&DC, CPSP, HEC requirements, Student feedback, completion of self-assessment reports. Must have Knowledge of statistical software’s Like SPSS, Minitab, MS excel, python, R

3. Human Resource Officer

Employment Status: Contractual, extendable 03 Years

Qualification/Experience:

Qualification: MSc HRM/ MBA HRM (16 years of education) or Equivalent degree in HRM/HRD from a HEC recognized university

a) At least 02-year HR experience in reputed Hospital/ Health care industry in a public/semi- autonomous /autonomous or private sector organization.

Job Expectation: The candidate is expected to; Assess staffing needs, preparing recruitment planner, Executing the Recruitment & selection processes aligned with policy, coordinate for in selection & promotion process. deal with day-to-day affairs of (HR), (HRMIS), (T&D) for smooth and timely disposal of assigned tasks.

4. Speech Therapist

Qualification/Experience:

Qualification: Diploma in relevant field from Medical Faculty with having at least 03 years’ relevant experience in a public/ semi-autonomous /autonomous or private sector organization OR At least 02 year relevant experience in a public/semi- autonomous /autonomous or private sector organization

5. Junior Clinical Technician/ Technologist

Specialties:

Ophthalmology

Neurology

Pulmonology

Employment Status: Contractual, extendable 03 Years

Qualification/Experience:

Qualification: Diploma in relevant field from Medical Faculty. OR

For Junior Clinical Technician/Technologist: BS or equivalence qualification in relevant Technology from HEC recognized university.

Relevant experience in reputable public sector/private hospital/ Institution will be preferred.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test. However detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any candidate is found ineligible in any respect at any stage of the recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority.

All the candidates will be required to create profile on ETEA’s website. After creating the profile and before applying/depositing fee for any post, such candidates will have to print E-Sahulat token from ETEA’s website and get their CNIC No. verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Without such verification, they will not be able to apply for any post.

Screening of candidates will be based on the test conducted by ETEA.

Interview calls letter will be issued to short listed candidates only.

Candidates should be eligible in all respects by the last date of receipt of the applications.

Incomplete applications and applications received after due dates will not be entertained.

The candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel.

Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with separate fee.

Original documents along with one set of attested copies of all the relevant documents shall be produced at the time of Interview.

Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel/reject any application with cogent reason.

Unclaimed qualification will not be accepted.

Experience marks will be given to only those candidates who have experience in relevant subject/Field.

Any candidate may be disqualified or excluded from interview if he/she were

a. Convicted by the court of law.

b. Dismissed from public service.

c. Knowingly furnishes any s.any false information.

d. Suppresses any information which may lead to his/her disqualification.

e. Attempts to obtain support for his/her (candidature by improper means).

f. Submits forged certificates.

g. Tempers with the entries in his/her age and academic certificates.

h. Misbehaves in the interview.

No TA/DA will be admissible for test/Interview.

In-case of foreign degree, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.

Application of all those candidates who do not give correct information while filling the online application form, will not be rejected only, but would be proceeded against and strict action shall be taken against them.

Errors/Omissions in number of posts are subject to rectification.

HOW TO APPLY

Interested candidates may first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.

After successful submission of online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (having token number, Project code & candidates’ personal information) will be generated.

Take a printout of the generated deposit slip & deposit the prescribed test fee (non-refundable) through Easy paisa or 1 link.

After successful fee submission, please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) having bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.

After online apply, don’t send documents/testimonials to ETEA office, copies of testimonials/documents will however, be provided by the candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by ETEA or the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.

Last date for submission of online Application is 15th November, 2026.

Candidates will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and Print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed to do not give ported/converted mobile number.
