We Are HIRING Assistant Manager Sales Insights
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement pricing structures and promotional campaigns across relevant systems.
- Register new items (Packs, SKUs, Chillers, Channels, Handlers) in THEIA system.
- Monitor Outlet wise availability SKU-wise performance.
- PSR productivity Analysis by tracking Time in Outlet & Time in Market KPIs
- Maintaining & finalizing PSR attendance records for payroll processing through HR Operation
- Map SAP SKUs with THEIA to ensure seamless stock uploads.
- Communicate approved secondary promotions to Sales Managers for effective execution.
- Develop and maintain sales team scorecards for performance evaluation.
- Coordinate with Sales team on THEIA-related training and operational issues and resolve by liaising with THEIA support.
- Analyze distribution-wise and pack-wise wholesale contributions vs. primary targets for GM Sales.
- Prepare secondary sales analysis reports for Monthly Review Meetings (MRM).
- Coordinate with the THEIA team for any system enhancements or developments as per management requirements.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for bug fixes or changes before releasing updates to the sales team.
Job Requirements:
- Master in Business Administration or Data Analytics.
- 3 – 4 Years of Experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in Beverages.
