What you’ll focus on:
-Production planning and troubleshooting
-Continuous improvement and process optimization
-Coordinating with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth, uninterrupted manufacturing operations
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s / master’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
5-7 years of relevant experience
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong production and operations management skills
Knowledge of Foam & Spring manufacturing processes
Production planning and capacity management
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and RCA
Cost and waste reduction skills
