KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support administrative operations and office management tasks.
- Assist in coordination with different departments and teams.
- Maintain records, files and documentation as per company procedures.
- Help in process improvement and day-to-day operational support.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking ability.
- Basic MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and grow.
MTO FINANCE
QUALIFICATION:: MBA IN FINANCE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in financial record keeping and data management.
- Support in accounts payable/receivable and payment processes.
- Work with finance team on reports, reconciliations and documentation.
- Help in budgeting, forecasting and other finance-related tasks.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- MS Excel (advanced is a plus).
- Eagerness to learn and handle financial tasks.
