Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in professional kitchens within the hospitality industry
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of international cuisines and culinary trends
- Excellent team management and communication skills
- Candidates with international experience will be preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency
- Develop and design innovative menus aligned with guest preferences and market trends
- Lead, train, and manage kitchen staff to maintain high performance standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and kitchen budgets
- Maintain high standards of food presentation and quality across all outlets
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Implement standard operating procedures and maintain kitchen discipline
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality procurement of ingredients
- Continuously evaluate and improve culinary processes to enhance guest satisfaction
