InfraZamin Pakistan is looking for a dynamic professional to join our team as 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬.
Job Title: Manager – Investments | Location: Karachi
Reports to: Chief Investment Officer | Grade: AVP/VP
Job Responsibilities
- Business Development & Origination – Identify and evaluate new projects and business opportunities for commercial merit and development impact.
- Project & Transaction Management – Manage end-to-end project financing transactions, from origination through financial close and implementation.
- Client & Stakeholder Management – Build and manage relationships with corporate and government-sector clients, counterparties, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Structuring & Negotiation – Structure sustainable financing solutions and develop, negotiate, and finalize term sheets with clients and counterparties.
- Proposals & Approvals – Prepare and present comprehensive financing proposals to relevant Board committees for approval.
- Impact, HSES & Transaction Monitoring – Ensure alignment with InfraZamin’s development impact and HSES objectives and monitor funded transactions for financial performance, compliance, and ongoing requirements.
