JOB SUMMARY We are looking for an experienced and certified Paramedic to provide on-site emergency care, first aid, pre-hospital care, medical records, HSE support, and hospital coordination.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide on-site first aid and emergency medical care.
- Manage bites/stings and ensure timely medical referral.
- Perform CPR and basic life support in emergencies.
- Monitor vital signs and maintain medical records.
- Coordinate patient transfers, ambulances, and hospital referrals.
- Administer medicines and first-line treatment as per protocols.
- Support medical aspects of incident investigations and reporting.
- Coordinate employee medical claims with insurance providers.
- Liaise with hospitals and insurers for timely medical claims processing.
- Maintain first-aid kits, medical equipment, and emergency supplies.
- Promote HSE awareness and report hazards and unsafe conditions.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Site HSE Manager / Plant Manager.
PREFERRED BACKGROUND
- Diploma/Degree in Paramedical Sciences, Nursing, Medical Technology, or equivalent.
- 5+ years’ relevant experience as a Paramedic/Site Medic/EMT, preferably in industrial or remote sites.
- Valid First Aid & BLS/CPR certification.
- Proven experience in emergency care and HSE medical documentation.
